Quick Pasta with Sabinovská Tehla

2 l water
400 g pasta (your choice)
140 g melted Sabina cheese
250 g Sabinovská tehla 45% cheese
1 small onion
50 g smoked bacon
450 ml SABI acidophilus milk
Seasoning as needed (salt, black pepper, paprika)
A bit of SABI butter


Instructions

Cook pasta in salted water and drain. In a small pot, melt butter and season with salt. Add diced onion and sauté until fragrant. Add diced smoked bacon and fry until golden. Add acidophilus milk and melted Sabina cheese. Season and cook until a uniform sauce forms. Remove from heat and mix with pasta. Transfer pasta to a baking dish, sprinkle grated Sabinovská tehla on top, and bake for 5 to 10 minutes at 180 °C. The cheese will melt nicely and it’s ready to serve.
