SABI butter
140 g Sabina processed cheese
250 g Sabinovská Tehla 45% cheese
450 ml SABI acidophilus milk
1 small onion
50 g smoked bacon
2 l water
400 g pasta (your choice)
salt
black pepper
paprika
Procedure
Cook pasta in salted water and drain.
Melt butter in a small pot and salt it. Add finely chopped onion and sauté until golden.
When onion is fragrant, add chopped smoked bacon. When bacon is golden, add acidophilus milk and Sabina processed cheese.
Season and cook until smooth, then remove from heat and mix with pasta.
Transfer pasta to a baking tray and sprinkle grated Sabinovská Tehla cheese on top.
Bake for 5 to 10 minutes at 180 °C. The cheese will melt nicely and it’s ready to serve. Enjoy your meal!
