Dough

150 g plain flour
150 g powdered sugar
2 egg yolks
1 package baking powder

 

Filling

1 L SABI semi-skimmed milk
3 packages vanilla pudding
200 g sour cream
4-5 tbsp granulated sugar

 

Finishing

fresh strawberries,
2 packages red food gelatin


Procedure

Sift the flour into a bowl, add sugar, egg yolks, and baking powder. Knead smooth dough by hand, wrap in foil, and refrigerate.


Cook a thick pudding from milk, sugar, and pudding mixes, let cool, then gradually mix in sour cream. Roll out the dough into a round shape. Grease and flour a 30 cm round pan and spread the dough to the edges. Pour the pudding filling over it.


Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 40 minutes. Let the baked base cool. Arrange fruit on top and pour over gelatin prepared according to package instructions. Place the finished cake in the refrigerator to set. Enjoy your meal!
