Stuffed Mushrooms with Cottage Cheese

  • 8 large mushrooms
  • 1 Cottage cheese
  • olive oil
  • 2 red peppers
  • 1 red onion
  • salt
  • spices
  • lemon
  • chives
  • grated parmesan

Procedure

  1. Clean mushrooms and hollow out. Boil water with lemon juice in a pot and cook mushroom caps for about 1 minute. Remove, drain, salt, pepper, and place on a greased baking sheet (or baking paper).
  2. Sauté chopped onion in oil. Add mushroom stems, hollowed pieces, peppers, and stew. Add chopped chives and cottage cheese to the mixture and fill mushroom caps.
  3. Sprinkle stuffed mushrooms with parmesan and bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
