Gingerbread Muffins

Ingredients

200 g semi-coarse flour
150 g powdered sugar
1 pc baking powder
1/2 tsp gingerbread spice
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
10 g cocoa
1 pc egg
100 ml SABI milk
50 ml oil
2 tbsp plum jam
1 pc SABI Delicious white spread
1 pc SABI whipping cream


Procedure

1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl: flour, sugar, baking powder, gingerbread spice, cinnamon, and cocoa.

2. Add egg, milk, oil, plum jam, and mix well.

3. Fill muffin cups with batter and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 25 minutes.

4. Whip SABI Delicious white spread with SABI whipping cream in a bowl. Add powdered sugar to taste if you want a sweeter cream.

5. Fill a piping bag with cream and decorate each muffin. Optionally, sprinkle "snowy" peaks with cocoa, candies, or insert a gingerbread cookie for decoration.
