Procedure
Break the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. Whip the whites with half of the sugar (50 g) until stiff peaks form. Whip the yolks with sugar (50 g), milk, and SABI Cottage Cheese, which has been drained and sieved. Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt into the liquid mixture and mix together. Finally, gently fold in the egg white foam. Pour the batter into a buttered and floured pan. You can use a classic cake pan or a flat bundt pan. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 40 minutes. Let cool and then place in the refrigerator with the pan for at least 2 hours. Decorate the set pudding cake with melted chocolate and fruit.
