3 tbsp SABI butter
200 g May bryndza cheese
2 tbsp SABI sour cream
1 tsp ground paprika
½ tsp black pepper
1 handful fresh chives
½ handful fresh marjoram
450 g SABI acidophilus milk
Procedure
Wash potatoes with skin and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Prick them densely on all sides with a fork. Salt potatoes, drizzle with a little oil, place in an oven preheated to 180°C, and bake for 60 minutes.
Let baked potatoes cool slightly to handle. Cut in half and carefully scoop out the insides into a bowl without damaging the skins. Add SABI butter, May bryndza, SABI sour cream, paprika, black pepper, and finely chopped herbs. Mix well with a fork to a firm filling.
Fill potato skins with the filling and bake again at the same temperature for about 20 minutes.
TIP: Serve with a glass of SABI acidophilus milk.
