600 g pork thigh
3 tablespoons plain flour
salt
ground black pepper
60 g butter SABI
3 onions
sour cream delicacy SABI
200 g matured Sabinovská tehla cheese  

 


Procedure

Slice the meat, pound, salt, pepper, and coat in plain flour.
Fry quickly in butter and transfer to a greased ovenproof dish. Sauté sliced onions in the remaining butter.
Place the sautéed onions on the prepared schnitzels, pour cream over, and sprinkle with grated cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 200 °C for about 20 minutes until the cheese melts.
Serve with boiled or baked potatoes and vegetable garnish.
