No-Bake Cream Cheesecake

200 g butter cookies
80 g melted SABI butter
200 ml SABI whipping cream
250 g Delicious SABI white spread
2 tbsp powdered sugar (or to taste)
1 packet vanilla sugar
fruit for decoration (e.g., blueberries, raspberries)


Procedure

1. Crush the cookies finely and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a cake pan (or smaller baking dish) and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

2. Whip the cream until semi-stiff. In another bowl, mix the spread with sugar and vanilla sugar, then gently fold in the whipped cream.

3. Pour the cream onto the cookie base, smooth the surface, and chill the cake for at least 3–4 hours (preferably overnight).

4. Before serving, decorate with fruit as desired, optionally drizzle with chocolate or sprinkle with nuts.
