200 g powdered sugar
200 g semi-coarse flour
½ baking powder
Filling:
600 g sour cream delicacy SABI
200 ml 33% whipping cream SABI
2 vanilla sugars
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
Glaze:
750 ml water
2 cream powders
200 g granulated sugar
2 mandarin-flavored fizz tablets
Procedure
Beat yolks with sugar, add whipped egg whites, and gently fold in flour with baking powder. Pour the batter onto a greased and floured baking tray. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes at 180 °C.
Filling: Mix sour creams with sugar. Whip the cream until stiff and combine both creams. Spread the filling evenly over the cooled cake and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Glaze: Boil water with sugar. Mix cream powders and fizz tablets with a little water, pour into boiling water, and cook a thick pudding. Let the glaze cool and pour over the set cream. Spread evenly.
