Summer Cucumber Soup

1 medium field cucumber
1 - 2 cloves garlic
salt
1 teaspoon vegeta
two cucumber rings and parsley (or other herb) for garnish.
 


Procedure

Peel and dice (or grate) the cucumber. Peel and crush garlic. Put everything in a bowl. Add acidophilus milk and yogurt. Mix, salt, and add vegeta. Chill briefly. Serve in bowls as a refreshing summer soup that satisfies hunger and quenches thirst.
 

Note: Suitable for weight loss diets.
