Langos with Cabbage or Carrot

500 g cabbage or carrot
500 g plain flour
200 ml semi-skimmed milk SABI
1 yeast
100 g sour cream delicacy SABI
salt
pork lard
1 - 2 garlic cloves  


Procedure

Prepare a yeast starter from lukewarm milk and yeast, then add to prepared flour. Add sour cream, salt, and knead dough.
Add grated cabbage or carrot and form loaves. Let rise for 20 minutes, roll out, prick with a fork, and fry on hot lard on both sides.

Brush finished langos with crushed garlic mixed with a little water.
