750 ml SABI acidophilus milk
3 glasses granulated sugar
3 glasses semi-coarse flour
2 eggs
100 ml oil
2 tbsp cocoa
1 tbsp baking soda
2 tbsp jam
chopped walnuts
Instructions
Acidophilus milk plays a versatile role in this sweet preparation.
Whisk eggs with sugar until foamy. Add cocoa, acidophilus milk and continue mixing by hand. When ingredients combine, add sifted flour, oil, baking soda, and mix again. Finally, add jam and chopped walnuts to the batter. Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking tray and bake. Bake at 180 °C. The cake is done when a wooden skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. After baking, sprinkle the cake with chopped walnuts.
Instead of glasses, you can use the acidophilus milk container as a measure.
