Ingredients
- 150g Gorgonzola (blue mold cheese)
- 4 – 6 medium red beets
- 1-2 handfuls of walnuts or pecans
- 2 packets Knorr Italian dressing
- freshly ground pepper
- 4 - 6 handfuls of salad mix (lamb's lettuce, arugula, iceberg lettuce, chicory)
- 1 shallot
Procedure
- Wash the beets and boil them in salted water. Cook until half soft. Then cool them with cold water, peel and slice.
- Dice the shallot, mix with the salads, add Knorr Italian dressing prepared according to package instructions, nuts and pieces of gorgonzola, season with freshly ground pepper and mix gently.
