200 g fresh strawberries / 2 dl melted chocolate
1/2 l SABI milk
1 vanilla sugar
1 dl 33% SABI cream / Parisian SABI cream
strawberry syrup / chocolate topping

Procedure

Put crushed ice cubes into a blender, add some strawberries (or melted chocolate for the chocolate cocktail), add 1/2 vanilla sugar, and while mixing, gradually pour in chilled SABI milk. Blend for about 20 seconds.


Pour a few strawberries / pieces of chocolate into tall glasses and pour in the prepared mixture.

Decorate with whipped cream made from 33% cream or Parisian cream, and finally drizzle with strawberry syrup (or decorate the chocolate cocktail with chocolate topping). Enjoy your meal!
