200 g SABI butter
200 g SABI sour cream
400 g SABI full-fat dried milk
250 g sugar
300 g strawberries
1 vanilla sugar
coconut for sprinkling
Procedure
Melt butter in a pot. While still hot, add 250 g sugar and vanilla sugar. Stir continuously until dissolved.
Add sour cream and strawberries to the mixture. Stir well. Add dried milk and whip until smooth.
Pour the prepared mixture into a mold and refrigerate for at least one hour.
Cut into pieces and coat with coconut.
