Homemade Bifid Bread

250 ml SABI Bifid milk
300 g plain flour
1 packet baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil


Procedure

1. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Add SABI Bifid milk, olive oil, and knead a smooth dough.

2. Transfer the dough to a baking tray lined with baking paper, shape into a loaf or small breads.

3. Bake for 30–35 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 °C until the bread has a golden crust.
