Grilled Hrudka and Homemade Tzatziki

2 pcs Sabinovská hrudka
400 g SABI white yogurt
1 pc salad cucumber
2–3 cloves garlic
1–2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
salt and black pepper to taste
dill


Procedure

1. Grate the cucumber finely (including skin if young), salt it, and let rest for 10 minutes until it releases water. Then squeeze it thoroughly.

2. In a bowl, combine SABI yogurt, crushed or grated garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and chopped dill to taste. Add the squeezed cucumber, mix well, and let rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to blend flavors.

3. Cut Sabinovská hrudka into 1 cm thick slices and grill on both sides.

4. Serve tzatziki in bowls, top with grilled hrudka slices, drizzle with olive oil, and serve with crispy bread.
