Fluffy Whipped Cream Bundt Cake from SABI

1 pc cup granulated sugar
1 pc vanilla sugar
4 pcs eggs
2 pcs cups semi-coarse flour
1 pc baking powder
250 ml whipping cream SABI
cocoa powder as needed
powdered sugar for dusting as needed


Procedure

1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

2. Whisk whole eggs with granulated and vanilla sugar until light foam. Manually fold in flour with baking powder and whipping cream SABI.

3. Grease a bundt cake pan well with SABI butter and dust with flour. It is important to grease and dust thoroughly to prevent sticking.

4. Pour half the batter into the pan and mix cocoa (about 4 teaspoons) into the remaining batter. Pour cocoa batter over the plain batter and gently swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.

5. Bake for about 45 minutes. Test doneness with a wooden skewer; if it comes out dry, the cake is done.

6. Let the bundt cake cool in the pan briefly, then invert onto a rack. Dust with powdered sugar after cooling.
