250 g - whole grain pasta
small piece - leek (about 3 cm)
1 pc - small sterilized corn
1 pc - fresh red pepper or kápia
150 g - steamed chicken/turkey ham (at least 95% meat)
150 g - Sabinovská Tehla 45%
250 g - SABI white yogurt
250 ml - SABI sour cream
2 tbsp - olive oil
SABI milk - for thinning (if needed)
to taste - seasoning and lemon juice
Procedure
1. Cook pasta according to instructions. Rinse with cold water and drain. Better to use a quality type of pasta to avoid sogginess in the salad.
2. Meanwhile, prepare other ingredients. Cut leek into small strips, red pepper (kápia) and ham into small cubes. Grate cheese coarsely.
3. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, chopped leek, pepper (kápia), ham, cheese, and corn. Add yogurt, sour cream, and olive oil. Season with salt, ground black pepper, and lemon juice.
4. Gently mix everything and thin if necessary. Let rest in the fridge for at least 20 minutes to blend flavors.
