400 ml SABI whipping cream
150 ml SABI milk
50–70 g sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract or 1 vanilla sugar
6 g gelatin
a pinch of salt
Procedure
1. Prepare the gelatin according to the instructions (soak sheets in cold water, let powdered gelatin swell).
2. Mix cream, milk, sugar, vanilla, a pinch of salt and heat in a pot just below boiling point (do not boil!).
3. Remove the pot from heat, add gelatin and stir until completely dissolved.
4. Pour the mixture into glasses or molds and chill for at least 4 hours (ideally overnight).
5. Before serving, unmold the panna cotta (or serve directly in glasses) and pour with fruit compote, caramel, or your favorite topping.
