Curd Mousse with Strawberries

Ingredients

250 g SABI curd
200 ml SABI whipping cream
2 – 3 tbsp sugar or honey
1 piece vanilla sugar
150 g strawberries

Instructions:

1. Blend the curd together with the strawberries into a smooth cream, add sugar and vanilla sugar.

2. Whip the cream until stiff and gently fold it into the curd mixture.

3. Divide the mousse into prepared glasses and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Our tip: For a fresh taste, add lemon juice and layer in the glass together with fresh strawberries and mint.
