Cup SABI Cake with Strawberries

1 cup softened SABI butter
1 cup SABI sour cream

2 cups granulated sugar
3 pcs eggs
4 tbsp lemon juice
lemon zest from 1 lemon
2 1/2 cups semi-coarse flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
powdered sugar for dusting

1 cup = 250 ml


Procedure

1. In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt, and lemon zest.

2. In a larger bowl, whisk butter with sugar until fluffy, then beat in eggs one by one.

3. Finally, add 2 tbsp lemon juice. Alternate folding the flour mixture and sour cream into the batter.

4. Toss chopped strawberries with a little flour and gently fold into the batter.

5. Grease and flour a round baking pan, pour in the batter, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 45 minutes.

6. After cooling, dust with powdered sugar and serve.
