240 g biscuits
500 g mascarpone
1 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tbsp vanilla sugar
2 eggs

small pack of strawberries or raspberries
Procedure
Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter in a bowl. Spread evenly in a baking pan and bake for 10 minutes at 190 degrees. The crust is ready.
Prepare the cream. Mix SABI spreadable curd, mascarpone, sour cream, 1 tbsp powdered sugar, and 1 tbsp vanilla sugar. Add two eggs and mix well.
Spread the cream on the baked biscuit layer (crust). Bake in the oven, first 10 minutes at 200 degrees, then 40 minutes at 160 degrees.
Prepare salted caramel topping. In a pot, pour a small bowl of granulated sugar and cover with the same amount of water. Stir occasionally. When sugar starts melting, add a bit of butter. Boil. Add 1 tsp salt. Let boil.
Pour warm topping over the baked cheesecake. Decorate with fruit and refrigerate for several hours. Enjoy your meal!
