Cheese Soup with Sausage

Ingredients

500 g potatoes
1.5 l water
1 small onion
125 g bryndza
200 g processed Sabina cheese
1 – 2 sausages (preferably very paprika-flavored)
salt
crushed caraway
ground white pepper
canned beans in tomato sauce

Procedure

Peel and dice potatoes evenly. Peel and finely chop onion. Put potatoes in a pot with cold water, add onion, salt, caraway, and bring to boil. Cook until half done. When potatoes soften, add sliced sausage. It colors the soup red. When potatoes are cooked, take some liquid into a smaller container and mix processed Sabina cheese and bryndza into a smooth cream. Add this to the soup to enrich it. Bring to boil again, add beans, season, and serve.
