Whole Grain Dumplings with Curd and Leek

500 g whole grain flour
2 tablespoons oat bran
450 – 500 ml cold water
½ teaspoon salt
1 medium leek
SABI butter
250 – 300 g SABI curd


Procedure

Prepare dumpling dough from flour, bran, water, and salt and set aside briefly.

Wash leek, cut into thick slices, briefly fry in hot butter, and season with salt.

Cook dumplings in salted boiling water, drain, and mix with curd. Garnish with leek before serving.
