500 g potatoes
150 - 200 g plain flour (as needed)
1 pc egg
salt to taste
200 g may bryndza cheese
100 g bacon
Procedure
1. Peel and finely grate the potatoes.
2. Add salt, flour, and egg. Mix into a thick, sticky dough.
3. Using a dumpling maker or spoon, drop small pieces of dough into boiling salted water.
4. Cook dumplings until they float to the surface (about 5 minutes), then drain.
5. Cut bacon and fry in a pan until golden.
6. Mix bryndza with SABI sour cream, add to dumplings and mix.
7. Top with fried bacon including drippings and serve with a glass of SABI Acidophilus milk.
