1 pc small baking pan
4 pcs Sabináčik chocolate
200 g dark chocolate
200 g butter SABI
5 pcs eggs
250 g cane sugar
1 tbsp spelt flour
cocoa powder for dusting as needed
grated coconut for dusting as needed
Procedure
1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Line the baking pan with baking paper.
2. Melt chocolate with butter over a water bath and let cool.
3. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, and flour well. Add the chocolate and butter mixture and mix well. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 30 minutes. To check if brownies are done, insert a skewer and if it comes out dry, it is ready. Remove the brownies from the pan while still warm and let cool on a cutting board.
4. After cooling, decorate the cake with chocolate Sabináčik and sprinkle with cocoa and coconut.
