Yogurt Tartar Sauce

Made from live white yogurt, making it lighter and healthier, with pieces of sweet and sour pickles and small pieces of vegetables (carrot, parsnip, onion, parsley leaves) and full-fat mustard. The flavor is enhanced with black pepper and turmeric, which has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects. It has wide use - in salads, sandwiches, with fish or fries.
