SABI cream is made from strictly selected and controlled Slovak milk. In human nutrition, milk fat has its justification when used appropriately and moderately, among other things, by enabling the body to absorb fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K. Milk fat contains phospholipids whose function in the human body is to maintain the nervous system in good condition.
It is a liquid dairy product with a higher milk fat content, without which no chef can imagine their culinary art. It is a traditional and established ingredient of Slovak cuisine. The product range of creams is adapted to the purpose of use with different fat contents (12%, 33%) as in the case of delicacy and sweet cream or the presence of beneficial cultures (cream, probiotic) as in the case of sour cream with 12% fat content.
