At the beginning of the month, we opened a renovated store for you on Masaryk Street in Michalovce. To give you a little insight into the backstage of our company, we prepared a short interview with the person who is the heart of this store. It is none other than the manager Mrs. Jarmila Mézešová, who knows her store best.
How long have you been working at MILKAGRO?
I have been working at MILK AGRO for 7 years now, and I tell you, it went by like water.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
What I enjoy most about my job is definitely communication with customers. Mostly, we have long-term customers who regularly return to us. We have built a mutual relationship, sharing our joys but also worries in today's fast-paced times.
What does the whole team say about the new store?
First of all, it must be said that the renovation brought our team even closer together. The fact that we consulted everything together and chose everything from layout to product display was great. The renovation was a team effort, which makes us very happy. We all like the result of the teamwork and especially look forward to the more modern, spacious, and better-lit space.
How do your customers react to the renovated store?
Our customers could not wait for us to reopen. Every day we receive positive feedback, and we are very happy with such reactions. They especially praise the spaciousness and clarity of the store. However, I must say that we tried to change as little as possible in the layout so that our customers can navigate the store as easily as before. Of course, if a customer does not know what to do, we and my colleagues are very happy and willing to help, as it has been so far.
What did the renovation of your store contribute to?
The renovation helped us beautify ourselves in the eyes of our customers looking for SABI products like milk, butter, curd, yogurts, but also promotional goods. I think we achieved the main goal; we modernized and made the space cozier for our regular customers. Because people shop with their eyes first, and that is why we wanted to adapt to the times. We believe that our beautiful store will continue to attract new customers.
