Ingredients
2 pcs eggs
1/2 cup cane sugar
1 pc vanilla sugar
100 g SABI butter
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp gingerbread spice
1 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
100 g white chocolate
muffin cups
CREAM:
200 g Delicious SABI spread
1 pc vanilla sugar
2 tbsp powdered sugar
Procedure
1. Melt the butter in a pan and gently roast it over low heat until browned - slowly roasted butter has a stronger flavor.
2. In a bowl, whisk eggs with sugar, add SABI butter and pumpkin puree. Finally, add sifted flour mixed with baking powder, gingerbread spice, and cinnamon.
3. Fill the cups with batter about 2/3 full, place a cube of white chocolate in each, and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 30 minutes.
4. Whip the delicious SABI spread with vanilla and powdered sugar. Decorate the cooled muffins with cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.
