SABI cream is a product from our quality milk with a high fat content. This milk fat is then specially processed to obtain 12% (sour), 12% (cooking) and 33% (whipping) cream intended for direct consumption.

Here at Milk-Agro we obtain it by centrifugation. What is the difference between the individual creams?
As we all surely know, cream is a dairy product that our great-grandmothers used. It is therefore understandable that it is a traditional component of our cuisine, without which many housewives cannot imagine cooking. The use of cream is wide, and therefore we have adapted our cream assortment SABI accordingly. In our stores, you will find 12% cream, 33% cream, and Parisian whipping cream. SABI whipping cream 33%, or whipping cream, is an excellent addition in the kitchen of every skillful housewife. Parisian whipping cream SABI is no exception; the difference between them is only in flavor.
