Lactose-Free SABI Dessert

We invite you to the SABI kitchen, where food blogger Majka - Karotka (www.karotka.sk) prepares an original SABI recipe for you every month. Follow our social networks and get inspired to eat tasty and healthy.

Ingredients

2 lactose-free SABI strawberry yogurts
2 lactose-free SABI blueberry yogurts
150 g ladyfingers
200 g strawberries/blueberries (or other seasonal fruit)

Procedure

1. Place ladyfingers at the bottom of glasses, spread a layer of lactose-free strawberry yogurt on them, and arrange sliced strawberries and blueberries (or other fruit) on top.

2. Continue layering ladyfingers, lactose-free blueberry yogurt, and fruit. Repeat the process until all ingredients are used.

3. Put the glasses in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours and let the dessert set.

4. Before serving, decorate with fresh fruit and enjoy.

Tip from Karotka

If you use gluten-free ladyfingers along with lactose-free SABI yogurts, you will prepare a great recipe for people with lactose and gluten intolerance.
