How to participate in the competition?
Buy Jacobs Krönung ground coffee 500 g (between October 9 and 15, 2019). Put your receipt with your name, address, phone number, and handwritten signature into the box at the store or send it to the address:

The draw will take place on October 22, 2019, at the MILK-AGRO headquarters. The list of winners, competition conditions, competition statute, and provisions regarding consent to personal data processing and data protection can be found at www.milkagro.sk.
Prizes exceeding the value of €350 including VAT are subject to taxation as other income according to § 8 para.1 letter i and §9 para. 2 letter m of Act No. 565/2003 Coll. on income taxes as amended and § 10b para. 1 letter d of Act No. 580/2004 Coll. on health insurance.
The organizer is not responsible for any tax obligations or the obligation to declare the prize in the tax return by the winner. Prizes not collected by the winner by November 22, 2019, will be forfeited to the organizer. After this date, prizes cannot be claimed.
