Ingredients
400 g Sabinovská Tehla cheese 30% Block
50 g plain flour
2 pcs eggs
100 g breadcrumbs
2 tbsp olive oil
400 g potatoes
1 SABI Yogurt tartar sauce
salt
seasoning for American potatoes
olive oil
Instructions
1. Wash the potatoes, cut into wedges, salt and sprinkle with seasoning for American potatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and bake until crispy (about 30 minutes).
2. Cut the cheese into strips or cut out various shapes – for example stars or hearts. Gradually coat the cheese in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs.
3. Lightly brush the coated cheese with olive oil and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
4. Bake in an air fryer or in an oven preheated to 180° C for about 10 minutes until the cheese is golden.
5. Serve with baked potatoes and SABI Yogurt tartar sauce.
TIP FROM KAROTKA: Cheese prepared this way contains less saturated fat than its fried version. Combined with SABI Yogurt tartar sauce, which is light, fresh, and has a high yogurt content, it is also suitable for children.
