You have a wide choice of ingredients, whether classic cereals and flakes, which you can sweeten with a bit of honey, or you prepare fruit breakfasts. The rule also applies that a proper breakfast contains three important components: low-fat proteins, quality fats, complex carbohydrates, and fiber. Breakfast can be enriched by SABI products, from which acidophilus milk, low-fat cheeses, curd, and white yogurt are generally recommended.
No or inappropriate breakfast will not start metabolism and will not trigger proper gallbladder contraction and bile release. Incomplete breakfast is not breakfast. At least one portion of fruit with every breakfast protects the brain. The best fruit for brain protection is strawberries.
Optimal timing of food and fluids should look as follows:
– immediately after waking, intake of fluids, preferably plain water (200–600 ml),
– pause 15–30 minutes (wash, dress, etc.),
– actual breakfast.
