Adventures of Bifidoferdík. The beginning of the new year is often accompanied by making resolutions. Amid the hectic lifestyle, we at least occasionally remember what we have neglected, often it is our health that takes a serious hit. Usually, we plan to lose weight, quit smoking, eat healthily, and start exercising. But, but....
Our resolutions last only a few days of free time until the familiar carousel of duties and deadlines starts again. And when we adults cannot even keep small principles of a healthy lifestyle, we set a bad example for our children. Every year, however, there is a new chance. In the end, we don't even have to wait for the beginning of the year; we must start immediately. Just as we easily find a reason to indulge and lounge on the couch, we can creatively invent an argument to change our eating habits. And the whole family can play along with us.
It is always better if we have a support team for our resolutions. For example, we can invent a worm named Bifidoferdík and in his honor start regularly consuming fermented dairy products every day at breakfast. Children draw his portrait and parents display it in the kitchen to not forget the good intentions. In the evening, you can tell stories about the worm's adventures because Bifidoferdík must be a real hero. He lives in our intestines and takes care of their cleanliness and health. If he didn't guard them, bad and mischievous worms would take over his home and completely destroy it.
And a leaky roof or crooked doors are a great path for various mischiefs that would then spread throughout the body, so Janíčko or Marienka, Zuzka and Ferko, dad and mom could surely get sick. But if children and parents provide their tummy with a regular dose of fermented dairy products, Bifidoferdík will be strong and protect our intestines like nothing else. For children, fermented dairy drinks from Milk Agro's offer such as Acedečko Strawberry and Acedečko Vanilla that send help to Bifidoferdík are more acceptable, while adults prefer acidophilus and bifid milk.
What do you say? Resolutions are much easier to keep this way.
