Vegetable Salad with Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 2 bunches of radishes
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 peppers
  • Activia white 180g
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Procedure

Clean and wash the vegetables. Cut everything into cubes. Put the prepared vegetables into a bowl. Season here, salt, and finally mix in the white yogurt. Let the vegetable salad with yogurt rest in the fridge for at least an hour. Serve the vegetable salad with yogurt as a standalone dish with bread or as a side dish to meats.
