Baked Potatoes with Sabinovská Tehla

500 g potatoes
250 g ripened Sabinovská tehla cheese
salt
ground black pepper
SABI butter
1 – 2 eggs
12% cooking cream SABI
SABI acidophilus milk or kefir
SABI milk


Instructions

Boil potatoes in their skins. Let cool. Peel and slice into rounds, season with salt and pepper. Layer potatoes alternately with grated cheese in a buttered baking dish. Repeat until ingredients are used up. Beat eggs with cream and pour evenly over the dish. Bake at 200 °C for about 15–20 minutes.
