200 g Sabinovská hrudka white SABI
SABI yogurt tartar sauce
150 – 200 g fries
oil

For breading:
plain flour
1 egg
breadcrumbs


Procedure

Coat the Sabinovská hrudka in plain flour, then egg, and finally in breadcrumbs.

Fry the fries in hot oil. Then fry the prepared hrudka.
Before serving, cut the hrudka in half and serve with fries, yogurt tartar sauce, and fresh vegetables.
