4 pcs eggs
4 tbsp powdered sugar
4 tbsp semi-coarse flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp cocoa
1 pc SABI yogurt filling
100 ml SABI whipping cream
150 g cooking chocolate


Procedure

1. Whisk whole eggs with powdered sugar until foamy. Add sifted flour mixed with baking powder and cocoa to the egg mixture. Pour batter onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 15 to 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.

2. Let the baked cake cool and crumble it by hand into a bowl. Add SABI yogurt filling and mix until combined.

3. Shape equally sized balls with your hands and freeze for 30 minutes. To prevent sticking, dust hands with powdered sugar or moisten with cold water.

4. Chop cooking chocolate into small pieces and pour hot cream over it. Let stand for a minute to melt chocolate and stir well.

5. Carefully skewer each ball on sticks dipped in chocolate coating. Then dip the whole ball in chocolate and immediately decorate with melted white chocolate, nuts, coconut, or candies.
