Reveal the recipe for repeated victory...
First, I will reveal that this is not the second victory, but we have won 4 times in a row. And how is it possible? We try to make it better and better here. For many years, we have had the same team here. Only one colleague who went on maternity leave was replaced, and the first manager who opened it seven years ago. I think it is really important that the team does not change so everyone knows what to do. And if someone doesn't know, we organize it a bit.
The place is nice, and the area in front of the store is also arranged...
They brought us stones, we bought and planted flowers, it blooms beautifully in summer. It is about leaving your heart at work. Customers somehow sense it and like to come here.
In which evaluation criteria did you score points?
In all of them. We are not below the line in any criterion; on the contrary, we are well above the line.
If sales grow every year, you must have more goods...
Yes, and correctly estimate the quantity so that, for example, promotional goods do not run out. For that, we need space. That is why the company management decided to enlarge our store; it will be extended by about seven meters. An architect should come here in March. It will be bigger, nicer, better.
You sell well when you offer quality products...
Definitely. Especially for dairy products, we have no competition (laughs). Our products are definitely of higher quality, whether curds, yogurts, cheeses, milk, acidophilus milk. Simply, it is all delicious! For example, our whole milk is really valuable, nutritious, simply quality. We try to tell people that too. And I must say people want it.
... and they like to shop here ...
They do. Maybe also because it is clean here. They come and often say: "It is clean here, you have order here, and things are stored, so you don't have to look for them." And for example, vegetables. Our vegetables are always inspected twice a day, so you won't find rotten pieces. We also try to keep everything stored and, above all, to have it! Regarding bakery products, we are supplied three times a day. And it is important to rotate goods so it is not always the same. People want something different, new. That applies in general. When we have something new, it must be highlighted. You have to keep playing with it. And you have to leave a bit of yourself here because it is not about going to work, clocking in 8 or 9 hours, and going home. You have to, so to speak, live the store. Then it works.
