Curd-Yogurt Smoothie with Oats

1 curd SABI yogurt
1 tsp chia seeds
2 tbsp oat flakes
1 pc banana
strawberries


Procedure

Blend curd yogurt, half a banana, and a few strawberries into a smooth cream. Pour the mixture into a bowl and sprinkle with nuts/chia seeds and oat flakes. Add fresh fruit for decoration and enjoy a delicious breakfast!

Our tip: If the cream is too thick, add white yogurt as needed. For a sweeter taste, add honey.
