Curd Balls with Chocolate Coating

  • 1 pack curd cheese
  • 1 banana
  • 100g quality dark chocolate
  • 4 tablespoons grated coconut

Procedure

Put curd cheese in a bowl and add larger pieces of banana. Mix well by hand to form a cohesive mass. Form 12 small balls, place on a plate, and chill in the fridge for at least an hour. Boil water in a pot and place a bowl covering the pot. Put chopped chocolate in the bowl and melt while stirring. Add 3 1/2 tablespoons grated coconut and mix. Remove balls from the fridge and coat with thick coconut chocolate. Finally, sprinkle balls with some coconut and chill again.
