This salty cheese with a salt content of 6% is mainly used in cold cuisine. Sabinov cheese of Balkan type tastes great in fresh salads such as Greek or Shopska salad, and equally well on its own, sprinkled with sweet paprika or spices, with a glass of good, quality wine.
