Procedure
Preheat oven to 200 °C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Cut cheese into sticks. Melt SABI butter and let cool.
Prepare 3 bowls: one with flour, one with beaten egg, and one with breadcrumbs.
Coat cheese sticks in the classic three-step breading - flour, egg, breadcrumbs. Place coated cheese on the baking tray.
Drizzle cheese sticks with butter and bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes.
