Even at the end of March, the month of books, we bring you a contest for a useful book STRAVOVACÍ KOMPAS and our delicious VOLOVEC CHEESE.
This book tells about the compound spermidine, which slows aging. It is found in large amounts in cereal germs, but also in ripening cheeses such as our Volovec, which belongs to smear cheeses of the Tilsit type.
