Creamy Blanket

Ingredients

500 g boneless pork loin
salt
ground black pepper
semi-coarse flour
ham
mature Sabinovská tehla cheese slices
SABI sour cream
1 tablespoon mustard
oil

Procedure

Slice the loin, salt, pepper, and coat in flour. Fry on heated oil on both sides and transfer to a greased baking dish. Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on each cutlet. Add a little water to the pan with the leftover oil, bring to a boil and remove from heat. Stir in sour cream and mustard and pour the mixture over the prepared cutlets. Bake in the oven at 190 °C for about 1 hour. Serve with rice or roasted potatoes.
