500 ml SABI milk
450 g SABI curd
3 pcs eggs
80 g melted SABI butter
200 g granulated sugar
1 pc vanilla sugar
50 g fine starch

CRUST
200 g softened SABI butter
2 pcs eggs
160 g granulated sugar
300 g plain flour
40 g cocoa
1 pc baking powder
Procedure
1. Whip softened SABI butter with sugar until creamy and add eggs one by one. Add sifted flour, cocoa, baking powder and knead dough by hand into a cohesive "loaf".
2. Line a round cake pan (25 cm diameter) with parchment paper and press dough onto bottom and sides (at least 5 cm high).
3. Beat eggs in milk, mix in SABI curd, melted butter, a pinch of salt, granulated and vanilla sugar. Finally, stir in fine starch. Pour filling onto dough in the pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about an hour.
4. After baking, let the cake cool and serve, for example, drizzled with chocolate and favorite fruit.
